Firehouse 360
About Firehouse 360

Built by firefighters who got tired of clipboards

Firehouse 360 didn't start in a boardroom. It started on an apparatus floor, with a three-ring binder of truck checks nobody trusted and a chief carrying 25 years of records in his head. One platform. Every angle. — that's the whole idea: the daily truck check, the back-office member & cert system, the dayroom wallboard, and the live CAD board, all under one login and one bill.

Why we built it

Most fire-service software is either expensive, ugly, or both — and almost none of it is built for the way a volunteer or combination department actually runs. The big systems assume a paid IT person and a six-week onboarding. The free ones are a pile of spreadsheets and a shared Google Drive folder that only one person understands.

We've stood in both places. Firehouse 360 is built and run by an active volunteer firefighter who writes the code, answers the support email, and shows up at calls. When you ask a question, the reply comes from the person who built the thing — not a tier-one queue treating fire service as a vertical to extract from.

The goal is simple: replace the clipboards, the sticky notes, and the chief's memory with one place that every shift can trust — and make it cheap enough that a 30-member company can afford it out of the relief fund.

Who Firehouse 360 is for

Volunteer departments

Run the whole company on it — truck checks, member roster, certs, training and social hours, hall rentals, and donations — without a budget that only a career city could swing.

Combination departments

Career staff and volunteers tracked side by side, with the same inspection-ready records, the same CAD board in the bay, and roles that match your actual chain of command.

County & regional groups

Multiple departments under one roof with strict per-department data separation. Each company sees only its own members, apparatus, and records.

What we hold to

The principles every screen and every support reply is measured against.

Inspection-ready, always

Every check, hydro, and bunker-gear inspection is timestamped and attributed. When the auditor shows up, you hand them a tablet — not a banker's box.

NFPA done right

NFPA 1851 PPE lifecycle tracking per firefighter, SCBA service-life and hydro dates per cylinder. The records that keep your people safe and your ISO score honest.

No lock-in, ever

Your data is yours. Export members, certs, training hours, and journal entries as CSV or JSON any time. If you ever leave, we hand you everything and shake hands.

Security as a default

Member PII encrypted at rest, two-factor and passkey sign-in built in for every account, and a full audit trail. The wrong people stay out without you lifting a finger.

Made for the bay floor

Big buttons, dark screens, glove-friendly inputs. At home on the iPad strapped to the cab and the phone in your turnout pocket between calls.

Plain-spoken support

No upsell scripts, no "submit a ticket and wait a week." A real person replies, usually the same business day, and migration help is included — not a paid add-on.
