Agreement
By using Firehouse 360 you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a department, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.
Accounts
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your contact and billing details current.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing
Paid plans are billed annually by card (via Square) or invoice. Fees are described on the Pricing page. Taxes may apply.
Your data & export
Your department's data is yours. You can export it (CSV) and request deletion on cancellation — no lock-in.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; our liability is limited as set out in your order. Have counsel finalize this section.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.
