What cookies we use
Firehouse 360 uses a small number of cookies that are essential to the Service: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token cookie to protect forms. These are required for the app to work.
Analytics and measurement
We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or advertising product, and we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only measurement we do is from our own server logs, which we keep to operate and secure the Service.
Some pages load maps or web fonts from Google, and address lookup on incident forms is performed by your browser against OpenStreetMap services. Those providers receive the request itself — including your IP address — when such an element loads. They are listed on our Subprocessors page.
If we ever add an analytics tool, we will update this notice before turning it on.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The app won't function correctly without the essential cookies, but there are no non-essential cookies to block.
