Let's talk about your station

A real person reads every message and replies, usually the same business day — the same person who writes the code and shows up at calls. No phone tree, no sales pitch, no calendar tag you have to fight with first.

Send us a note

Bring questions, screenshots from your current setup, or just "what would this look like for us." Tell us how many members and how many TVs you're thinking about and we'll come back with something real — not a brochure.

  • 📩 Reply — usually same business day
  • 🎥 Live walkthrough — 20 minutes, on your schedule
  • 📦 Data migration included — PSTrax CSV, paper rosters, spreadsheets
  • 💳 Pay how you want — Square (card) or invoice (check/ACH/PO)
  • 🤝 No lock-in — CSV/JSON export anytime, your data is yours

We use your email to reply. That's it — no newsletter, no list rental, no sales calls you didn't ask for.

What happens after you hit send

No black hole, no auto-responder dead end. Here's the actual flow.

  1. We read it — same business day

Your note lands in a real inbox. You'll usually hear back within a few hours, and almost always by the next business morning.

  2. A quick, honest answer

If we're a fit, we'll say so and suggest a 20-minute walkthrough on your schedule. If we're not, we'll tell you that too — no pressure either way.

  3. Up and running in a day

If you move forward, we import your members and records (PSTrax CSV, spreadsheets, even scanned paper), wire your CAD feed, and point your TVs at the board. Migration help is included.

You're talking to the right people

Built by an active firefighter

The person who replies to your email is the same one who wrote the code and runs calls. No outsourced support desk.

Your inquiry stays private

We use what you send only to reply. No list rental, no newsletter signup hidden in the fine print.

No lock-in to worry about

Annual subscriptions, data export anytime, and migration help on the way in — and the way out, if it ever comes to that.
