Questions
Do I have to pay to use PDF Fire?
No. PDF Fire is free and every feature works without contributing. Support is entirely optional.
Is it tax-deductible?
No. Firehouse 360 is a business, not a charity, so contributions are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
How do I cancel monthly support?
Every email we send — the receipt, and the reminder 7 days before each charge — has a Manage or cancel link. One click on Cancel and no further charges are made; no login, no phone call. You can also reply to any of those emails or write to pdffire.constant740@passmail.net and we will cancel it for you. Lost the emails? Use the form below.
When is a monthly contribution charged?
The first payment is charged when you sign up, then on the same day each month (if you sign up on the 29th, 30th or 31st, shorter months use their last day). You'll get an email 7 days before every charge with the amount and date.
Is my card information safe?
Your card is entered into Square's secure form and goes directly to Square. Firehouse 360 never receives or stores your card number — for monthly support we keep only Square's reference to the saved card and its last four digits.
What do you do with my information?
Payment: your card and payment are handled by Square under Square’s privacy notice.
Everything else: we keep your name, email, the amount and dates of your contributions, and Square’s reference to a saved card — only to take the payments you asked for, send your receipts and the 7-day reminders, and let you cancel. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list. The rest is covered by the Firehouse 360 privacy policy. To see or delete your information, write to pdffire.constant740@passmail.net.
The PDF Fire app itself collects nothing — your documents stay on your computer.
What if a monthly payment fails?
We'll email you and try again a couple of times over the next few days. If it still doesn't go through, we stop and won't charge again unless you add a new card.
