Getting help & opening a support ticket

Start in the Help Center

Most "how do I…" questions are answered by the articles here. Use the module groups on the Help Center home to find the area you are working in — CAD Board, Office, or Truck Check — then open the matching article.

Open a support ticket

If an article does not cover it, or something is not working the way it should, open a ticket. Go to Support in the side menu, or visit /support/tickets directly.

  1. Click to start a new ticket and give it a clear subject (for example, "CAD board shows token expired").
  2. Describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
  3. Note which page or URL you were on, and which module it is in.
  4. Submit. You will see the ticket in your list, and replies appear in the same thread.

You can reply to a ticket at any time from /support/tickets, and attachments you add stay private to your department.

What makes a ticket fast to answer

  • The exact page URL where the problem happens.
  • Whether it affects one member or everyone.
  • When it started, and anything that changed recently.
  • Any error message, quoted exactly.
