What is Firehouse 360?

One platform for the whole department

Firehouse 360 is software for volunteer and combination fire departments. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, paper binders, and a handful of disconnected apps, your department runs everything from a single login. Each part of the platform is a module, and your department only sees the modules it has licensed.

The core modules

  • Truck Check — daily and scheduled checks of your apparatus and stations. Build templates once, then crews run them on a phone or tablet and flag anything wrong.
  • CAD Board — a station alerting wall-board that pulls dispatches and responder status from Active911 and shows them big on a TV.
  • Office — the back-office member system: rosters, certifications, training hours, dues, background checks, documents, meetings, and voting.

Depending on your plan you may also have Wallboard, Hall Rentals, Donations, Sign-Ups, and Scheduling. Those have their own help as they roll out.

How the pieces fit together

Everything is tied to your department (tenant). Members, apparatus, certifications, and settings all belong to your department and are kept separate from every other department on the platform. When you sign in you land on the Launchpad — a module picker that shows only the tools your department uses and your account is allowed to see.
