Settings
Department-level Office configuration lives at Office → Settings (/office/settings) — including things like your default email signature. Set these up early so the rest of the module behaves the way your department expects.
Officers
Manage your officer slate at Office → Officers (/office/officers and /office/officers/manage). Assign roles and keep your chain of command current; this drives who appears where across the department.
Onboarding
Standardize how new members join with Onboarding (/office/onboarding). Define onboarding steps (/office/onboarding/steps) so every recruit goes through the same checklist of forms, clearances, and tasks instead of an ad-hoc process.
Email blasts
Send department-wide email from Office → Email blast (/office/email-blast). Compose a new blast at /office/email-blast/new. Email sends from your department's own address using your configured SMTP profile (/office/blast-smtp-profiles), so members see your department in their inbox, not a third party. You can also schedule emails to go out later (/office/scheduled-emails).
Equipment
Track issued equipment at Office → Equipment (/office/equipment). Add items, manage your equipment catalog (/office/equipment/catalog), and assign gear to members so you always know who holds what.
Reports
Pull department reporting from Office → Reports (/office/reports) — rosters, certification status, training hours, attendance, and compliance — for board meetings, grant applications, and audits.
