Department documents
Store department-wide documents under Office → Documents (/office/extras/documents). Upload SOPs, bylaws, forms, and reference material so your members have one place to find them. You can also attach documents to an individual member's record so their paperwork travels with them.
Agreement templates
Build reusable agreements at Office → Agreement templates (/office/agreement-templates). Create the standard documents your department issues — conduct agreements, equipment agreements, junior member agreements, and your own custom forms (/office/agreement-templates/custom/new). Define the template once, then issue it to members as needed.
E-signature
Agreements can be sent for electronic signature. When you issue a custom agreement (/office/custom-agreements), the member receives a private signing link of the form /custom-agreement/sign/{token}. They open the link, review the document, and sign — no login required. The signed copy is stored back on their record, so you have a complete, dated paper trail without chasing physical signatures.
Typical flow
- Create or pick an agreement template.
- Issue it to the member (
/office/custom-agreements/issue). - The member signs via their link.
- The completed agreement is filed against the member.
