Firehouse 360

Emergency info & member self-service

Emergency information

Firehouse 360 keeps each member's emergency information — contacts and other sensitive codes — encrypted. Officers do not see these values in the clear by default. When someone needs to reveal a protected value, the system records that reveal in an audit trail, so access to sensitive data is accountable.

Member self-service updates

The best emergency info is info the member maintains themselves. The Info tokens tool at Office → Info tokens (/office/info-tokens) sends each member a private, personal link they can use to review and update their own details — no login needed.

  • Use bulk send (/office/info-tokens/bulk-send) to send everyone their update link at once, which is ideal as an annual refresh.
  • This can run on a schedule so members are prompted to keep their information current without an officer chasing each one.
  • You can review the send log to confirm who received their link.

Why this matters

Encrypted storage plus audited reveals means sensitive member data is protected and access is traceable. Self-service update links mean the data is also accurate, because the people who know it best keep it up to date.
