Marking up: responses, ETA, and the call log
Marking up
Open the call and press a response. The two your department uses most are shown large; the rest are behind More responses. Your department chooses the whole list and what each one is called, so your buttons may not match another department's.
You can also mark up straight from the notification without opening the app.
Changing your mind
Press Change and pick another response. The board shows what you said most recently, and the call log keeps the whole history — so "unavailable at 02:14, station at 02:31" is preserved and visible.
ETA
For the responses your department has chosen, you are asked roughly how long until you arrive — in bands, not an exact time. Pick one, or press Skip. An ETA is never required to mark up. It shows next to your name so an officer can see at a glance who is furthest out.
⚠ Marking up works without signal
If you press a response in a dead spot, it is queued on your phone and sent as soon as you have a connection. The time recorded is when you pressed it, not when it finally sent — so a mark-up from the engine bay still shows the right time on the report.
The call log
Every call has a log showing who pressed what and when, including opening the call. It is collapsed by default; tap it to expand. Apparatus times appear in the same list, so you can read the whole call in order.
All times are shown in your department's time zone, not your phone's — so everyone on the call reads the same clock.
